Madhu Reddy

I am the broker of Reddy Realty in South Windsor and a top Indian real estate agent. I was born in Hyderabad, India and speak Telugu and Hindi, along with English fluency. I am a long-time resident of South Windsor, CT and member of the Greater Hartford Association of Realtors (GHAR). My work is focused throughout Hartford and Tolland counties. I’m also very familiar with new developments and construction in the Hartford area. I sold many custom-built luxury homes built by nationwide and local builders, such as Pulte, Toll Brothers, Carrier and other private builders. I am currently overseeing the development and construction of Farmington West Estates. I am the #1 Buyers Agent in Hartford County, #1 in Selling Condos/PUDS. top Indian real estate agent, and in the TOP 5 of Volume sold in Hartford County. I have sold over $150 million since 2020. I work with first time and experienced buyers to meet all of their hopes, needs, and expectations. I support Indian culture and am the creator of the Madhu Reddy endowed fund for Indian Music & Dance at Wesleyan University. I established the India Arts Foundation to foster and honor the timeless traditions of India in the US, by collectively bringing together student scholars, practitioners, and regional organizations to increase the accessibility of these arts to a wider demographic. I also have past experience working with two other agencies, becoming top producer, and induction to a club for elite performers. I have used this experience and that of my own as a college professor and in financial advising to influence my role as a broker to work with and serve a variety of people. My work with buyers and sellers is very diverse and I look forward to helping those I serve to continue to exceed their real estate needs and goals.
